These resources will allow you to save news articles as well as other general knowledge. They will be curated and in some cases available offline, to enable reading during morning commute. Note that this sources may be subject to the biases of the curating organizations. You may prefer to subscribe to the feed of a trusted news source, or even utilize the news databases from the Library's website.
Refind can be accessed via desktop or dowloaded as an app from the Play store. You select topics you're interested in, select if you want short or long articles, and if you'd like to receive them morning, noon or night. It utilized an ad-based free version, note that there is a subscription option as well to skip ads.
Flipboard allows you to discover and share stories. Includes local and global stories curated by experts. It works by allowing you to set your topic preferences, then you'll receive a feed based on your interests.
Note press reader is a paid app but bypasses paywall for many major news provider. Note may of these subscriptions will already be available via the Library databases. However, this resource provides a way to access it all in one place.

Feedly provides both a news reader and market intelligence. Uses AI to find and synthesize information. Includes free versions for individual users as well as group subscriptions for larger organizations.
Available as an app that promised to deliver news efficiently. Allows you to sign up for a daily newsletter with bite-sized news. Uses both editors and what they describe as algorithmic curation to identify articles of interest.
